After living in Annapolis for 20 years, we have come up with the perfect summer storage solution for Midshipmen headed off for their summer blocks.
Our simple storage service is designed for Midshipmen:
- We do it all! We come to the Bancroft Hall parking area with your labeled boxes for you to pick up.
- You pick up and pack your boxes then bring them back to the Bancroft Hall parking area and we will load them onto our trucks.
- We will take your boxes to a secure, climate-controlled facility in Annapolis while you are on your summer blocks.
- When you return for the new year, we will deliver your boxes to the Bancroft Hall parking area for you to sign for…
- If there are restrictions in accessing the yard, the pickup and drop-off point will be moved to the Barry Gate.

We Provide an all-inclusive storage service to Midshipmen attending the US Naval Academy in Annapolis Maryland. We offer an inexpensive and convenient way for Midshipmen to store their belongings before heading out for their summer blocks.
Our business is designed to simplify the hassle and routine that comes with the yard move-in and move-out process.
Here are just a few reasons why our service is beneficial:
- No need to leave the yard to buy boxes, tape and fumble or stumble with boxes, we deliver!
- Our Blue Box boxes are built-tough, but lightweight.
- All your Blue Box boxes are stored in a secure climate-controlled facility in Annapolis
- No need to rent a truck, car or call an Uber. Blue Box picks up your storage boxes and returns them at the end of summer block to the yard at Bancroft Hall.
- No need to rent a storage space, we have one.
- No need for parents, family, or friends to drive hundreds of miles to help pack a dorm room. How much will it cost to fly down, pick up, pack and store that stuff yourself?
- Hey, it’s hot in Annapolis in May and August, you really want to be Schleppin dorm stuff from Bancroft Hall to gate one or three? Once you get the stuff to gate one or three. How are you going to get it to the storage unit? Let us do the dirty work for you.
- Midshipmen pack your stuff and catch your plane. When you come back, we’ll have your stored stuff back at Bancroft Hall when you get back.
- All Boxes are labeled, and a Midshipmen’s personal data is confirmed 2 different times to ensure safety and quality control.
